Freeview on linux in Belfast – creating a channels.conf
It has taken me a while over the last month getting my new DVB-T card working on Fedora 6 and turning this solution into a PVR.
A major hurdle was creating a channels.conf file for the Belfast locality. Click below for my uk-Divis file not included with the standard dvb-apps which I hope saves you a lot of time! It works even though I used another file from the dvb-apps package as a template.
